Internships

Since its inception, Opera Parallèle has created valuable experiences for emerging performers and administrators through its internship programs. Our artistic and administrative professionals enjoy sharing their experience and their work lives with well-chosen interns, and our organization reaps the benefit of the energy and perspective that these interns bring. Singers, instrumentalists, conductors, stage directors, production personnel, and administrators beginning their careers should consider an Opera Parallèle internship as a potentially valuable real-world experience with a vibrant, edgy company.

To Apply

Internships are available in Conducting, Stage Management and Opera Production, Stage Direction, Educational Outreach, and Arts Administration. Read more about our different internships and current interns. If you are interested in applying for an internship, you can send a letter of inquiry to Roma Olvera.

Volunteer

We use volunteers in many capacities. Do you have a special skill? We often use volunteers for photography, supernumeraries in performances, ushering at performances, etc. Contact us if you have an idea of how you might like to volunteer at info@operaparallele.org.
